Sheets

Part of MADERA’s Seamless Wood Design® system, Sheets bring versatility and continuity to both architectural and millwork applications. Each sheet features a veneered or sawn lamella surface, available with a flush or microbevel profile, and can be easily cut to size in the shop or on-site for precise integration. Offered in multiple grades and all MADERA finishes, Sheets come in 4’ x 8’ and 4’ x 10’ formats, with edge banding supplied separately to achieve a clean, unified finish.

MADERA offers Sheets in two different platforms, Architectural and Millwork.

Architectural products feature a thicker wear layer with sawn lamella construction, delivering enhanced depth, durability, and material authenticity. Engineered for premium architectural applications, these panels provide a more substantial wood presence and elevated performance, making them ideal for feature walls, ceilings, and high-impact spaces.

Millwork products are constructed with a sliced wood veneer over a stable core, offering the refined appearance of natural wood with a thinner wear layer. Designed for cost efficiency without compromising visual continuity, they integrate seamlessly into all MADERA Millwork applications and interior surfaces where budget and precision are key considerations.

Construction

Architectural Sheet

Architectural Sheet is a 3 ply construction with a 1mm or 1.5mm sawn lamella over MDF core and come in 18mm or 21mm thickness. Architectural Sheets come in 1220mm x 3050mm and can be graded on one or both sides.
Millwork Sheet

Millwork Sheet is a 3 ply construction with a 0.6mm sliced veneer over a MDF core and come in 13mm or 19mm thickness. Millwork Sheets come in 1220mm x 3040mm and can be graded on one or both sides.
